U-BT Cluj-Napoca found on Friday, July 4, the opponents of the 2025-2026 edition of BKT Eurocup. The Romanian champion was assigned in group A, along with teams from Israel, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Slovenia, Germany and Poland.

For the 4th consecutive season, U-BT Cluj-Napoca will participate in BKT Eurocup, the second inter-club continental competition. In the last two seasons, Mihai Silvășan's band has reached the quarterfinals, where it was eliminated by London Lions (2024) and Valencia Basket (2025).

U-BT's progress was also noted by the organizers of the competition and, as proof, Black and white were distributed in the 3rd urn and not in the last urnsas happened in previous editions.

Season 2025-2026 A Eurocup will start on September 30, 2025 and end at the end of April 2026.
