In Krasnoyarsk, early in the morning, 2 accidents involving pedestrians occurred at crossings. The traffic police noted that both incidents occurred in the dark, and the victims did not have reflective elements on their clothes.
The first incident occurred on Amurskaya Street. A 60-year-old Toyota driver hit a 39-year-old woman crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing.
About half an hour later, another accident occurred on Sverdlovskaya Street. A 20-year-old girl decided to cross a 4-lane road at a prohibitory traffic light and got run over “Vase»which was driven by a 48-year-old man.
Both pedestrians were taken to the hospital with injuries.
We remind you that the use of reflective elements at night makes pedestrians more visible on the road. However, it is worth remembering that no circumstances relieve road users from the obligation to comply with traffic rules.
