Andreea and Eladie Bumbar (Photo) are a young couple who had the courage to leave behind their life built in Bucharest to start, from scratch, a business in Eladie's hometown, Piatra Neamț. She, a graduate of Communication and Public Relations, with experience in the area of human resources, he, an engineer passionate about entrepreneurship, opened together, more than three months ago, ONEderful Restaurant, with urban specifics, a space born from the desire to combine good food with specialty coffee. Although they had no experience in hospitality and learned everything along the way, the two managed to transform a family building into a welcoming space, furnished almost entirely by their own efforts.
Their entrepreneurial path gained direction and more clarity the moment they arrived at BT Beehivethe resource and consultancy space dedicated to start-up or developing businesses. There they found not only answers to the technical questions that had overwhelmed them in the first months, but also people willing to listen to their ideas and give them concrete guidance.
