The occupiers used ballistics. The main Russian attack at night was on Kyiv; Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Chernigov and Kharkov regions were also affected.
“There were attacks on ports, on food and infrastructure – there was no military sense… The main goals were energy and everything that ensures a normal life,” the head of state stated.
At least six people were killed as a result of the night attack on Kyiv; rescue efforts are still ongoing. About two dozen people were injured. Heating has been turned off in parts of the capital.
