The Iași County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) reported that a 37-year-old man from Iași was beaten by three people, after he himself had previously broken a window at their home.
The police carried out a search and detained a 43-year-old woman, who will be brought before the judges. Arrest warrants were issued for the other two suspects, who are wanted by the police. The assaulted man did not request a protection order.
“On November 24, the police officers of the Iași Criminal Investigation Service carried out a house search, in the municipality of Iași, as part of a criminal case in which investigations are being carried out under the aspect of committing crimes of hitting or other violence and disturbing public order and peace.
From the investigations carried out so far, it emerged that, on November 23, a 37-year-old man, while he was on a street in the city of Iași, was physically assaulted by three people.
Prior to the physical aggression, he would have gone to the residence of one of the persons suspected of committing the act and would have broken a window of his home.
The 37-year-old man stated that he does not want a temporary protection order issued.
Following the evidence administered in the case, on November 24 of this year, a person, namely a 43-year-old woman, was detained by the police for 24 hours.
On November 25 this year, it will be presented to the court, with legal proposals.
At the same time, arrest warrants were issued for the other two persons suspected of committing the acts, and checks were carried out in order to detect them”IPJ Iași transmitted.
