The court found a 16-year-old resident of Nazarov, who became a defendant in the first criminal case of droppership in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, guilty oflegal circulation of means of payment.

The police established that in June of this year, a schoolgirl found an offer for remote work on social networks, followed the link and ended up in the messenger. There she was contacted by an unknown person who invited her to provide her bank information and become an intermediary in transferring money from one account to another.

“In just a few days, the girl made more than 40 money transfer transactions totaling 236,903 rubles. For the work performed, she received a fee in the amount of 1,686 rubles 85 kopecks,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

For committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court imposed compulsory educational measures on the defendant in the form of establishing special requirements for behavior.

The police explained that when a minor first becomes accused in criminal cases of minor or moderate gravity, the court, in accordance with Article 90 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, may not immediately impose criminal punishment, and give it a chance to improve. In this case, compulsory educational measures are applied for a certain period of time. After this period, either the teenager is reformed and has no criminal record, or the sentence is replaced with a severe punishment.
