Horațiu Potra, brought under escort to the General Prosecutor's Office. The file in which the Romanian mercenary is heard

Under the escort of special forces, Horatiu Potra was brought to the headquarters of the General Prosecutor's Office on Monday, November 24, to be heard in the case in which he is accused of tax evasion and money laundering.
Close to Călin Georgescu, Potra would have earned the money in Congo from mercenary activities.

Potra told journalists that he feels very well, but did not give further statements.
Horațiu Potra is also sent to court for attempted coup d'état.
He is known for his work as a former French legionnaire and founder of private military companies, and was detained on September 24 at Dubai airport as he prepared to fly to Moscow with his son and grandson.
On November 20, Horațiu Potra, Alexandru Cosmin Potra – his nephew and Dorian Potra – his son, were brought to the national territory.
The three are accused of conspiring with Călin Georgescu to “overturn the constitutional order” from Romania.
