The KATEKNIIugol high-rise building on the Krasnoyarsk Strelka can be completed for the 400th anniversary of the city, the head of the urban planning department said on the Evening Channel Prima.

According to him, the owners are now putting the documentation in order so that the building can be put into operation.

“In order to complete construction, it is necessary to put in order the documentation related to the land plot and the imposed security zones. The company is currently working on this. Appropriate adjustments to the project have been ordered. The work is carried out in Moscow, including Glavgosexpertiza. As soon as these works are completed, we still hope that the building will finally be completed and there will be a beautiful view there for the 400th anniversary,” said Sergei Shikunov on the “Evening Channel Prima”.

Let us remind you that the construction of the tower according to the design of Areg Demirkhanov began in 1983. The work continued until 1989, until the money ran out. At the beginning of the 2000s, the building changed owners, but he was unable to complete the construction – he only glazed the facade and dismantled the helipad on the roof.
