Do not throw away the old kefir – 5 minutes and the dough is ready: the pie disappears faster than you cut it

It happens that I want homemade baking, as we say-“something tasty”, but there is not enough time for anything, and reluctance to fool around. For this case, this kefir pie is needed. The dough is prepared in 5 minutes: I mixed everything, poured it, and the smell of home happiness throughout the kitchen. Products are always at hand, and the taste can be changed at least every day in the mood. They wanted the berries – they threw the berries, there was jam left – excellent, it will be with jam. It turns out softly, magnificent and homely comfortable. At the same time, the old kefir should not be thrown away.

How to cook
In a bowl, just mix 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of kefir, ½ cup of sunflower oil, 2 cups of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder. Pour half the dough into the baking sheet, put your favorite filling (berries or jam), pour the remaining dough on top.
Bake for about 35–40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C, to a rosy crust.

And if you put a ball of ice cream on a hot piece – the dessert will turn out like in a cafe.
