“I haven't played an official match since May!”

Marco Dulcathe player from Petrolul Ploiesti, reacted after the draw with FCSBscore 1-1, in stage #17 of the Superliga.

Marco Dulca intercepted Stoian's wrong pass at the “yellow wolves” goal and served Robert Sălceanu. The last consistent minutes that the Romanian midfielder caught were in May, when he was playing at Celje. Since coming to Petrolul, he entered another minute at the end of the match with Csikszereda.

VIDEO. Marco Dulca, after the goal pass for Robert Sălceanu in FCSB – Petrolul: “I don't think there are emotions with the relegation”

“Difficult, very difficult, yes. I haven't played in an official game since May. Now I've come in with a team who were champions, who are playing in the Europa League and it wasn't easy. I'm glad we got a point on this pitch and we're confident going into the next matches.

FCSB is a very good team. Even if they are going through a tougher time, they are still a force in the Championship and we will also settle for a point tonight. We have had a lot of draws this season and we are also waiting to win a match, but we have to train better, put certain aspects in order and the victories will certainly come.

I don't think there are emotions with the relegation, Petrol is a big club in Romania and we have a good, competitive team and I don't think there will be a problem of relegation.

I didn't get to play much in League 1 to form an opinion, but it's a good championship, a championship where you can grow and I hope to grow as well.

I stayed at FCSB for a while, it was an ok period, but several years have already passed. It was ok in the end. I hope they go up. The playoffs need teams like FCSB and I think they will get in.

Honestly, I didn't even see Sălceanu's goal because I was on foot, but I was surprised (no laughs). He's a hardworking boy and I'm happy for him that he scored,” Marco Dulca said.
