FCSB – Petrol 1-1. Paul Papp, the Ploiești defender, analyzed the match at the National Arena and praised Sălceanu, his defense colleague who scored with a shot from a long distance.

The flash interview reporters showed Papp a phase of the match where he was hit across the face by Graovac. Although he said FCSB's opponent deserved a yellow card, Papp said he congratulated referee Szabolcs Kovacs for the performance.

Paul Papp: “He's elbow in mouth, that's clear”

“I wanted more. Everyone knows that Sălceanu has quality. He has about 3 seasons in League 2 and 2 seasons in League 1. He's the young man, he's called up to U21. He is a left defender that I think Romania will use.

He is serious and has these executions in training as well. We would have liked to score in the first half as well. It is not known what the history of this game was without this goal,” said Papp, on Prima Sport 1.

Then, Papp was shown the phase in which he was hit by Graovac with his hand across the face in the Petrol box. In the flash interview, the defender said: “He's clearly elbowed in the mouth. He deserved the yellow card, maybe not the red, because he didn't have intensity. It was a good referee, I also congratulated Mr. Kovacs. FCSB is going through a bad pass, we can't dispute the quality of the team.”

“In football the important thing is not to lose and try to win,” Papp concluded the interview.

Paul Papp reviewed the phase in the interview and made the analysis:
