Here's what to do:
Crush 2 tablets of activated carbon in a clean container. Add 1 spoon of cosmetic clay there. Blue, pink, white or black are best. Stir with clean, or better yet, mineral water until it reaches the consistency of sour cream.
Steam the skin a little. It will be great if you can do this over a saucepan with a herbal infusion of chamomile and a couple of drops of tea tree. The pores will expand slightly and “accept” anti-inflammatory components even before the main treatment.
After this, apply the previously prepared mixture to your face. If you warm it up a little so that it is warm and not scorching, the effect will be stronger. And under the film, such a mask will work as well as possible. Leave for about 15 minutes for the activated carbon and clay to take effect. After this, rinse with water.
The third step would be to narrow the cleaned pores. To do this, you need to wash your face with cool water and wipe your face with an ice cube, preferably a cucumber one.
