Due to the tense situation in Sudan, Al-Hilal Omdurman play their matches on neutral ground. Today, for his debut in the Champions League group, he chose the Amahoro National Stadium, in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. The atmosphere was heated, several hundred Algerian ultras making the move.
The match ended in general chaos. Everything would have started from the fact that Girumugisha, Laurentiu Reghecampf's footballer, would have been ostentatiously happy in front of the visitors' bench, immediately after Abdelrahman scored the 2-1 goal in the 75th minute. Then a small conflict took place, but everything degenerated after the final whistle.

Chaos began immediately after the referee's final whistle. The players of the Alger team did not forget the gesture of Jean Girumugisha and wanted to give him a physical correction. The staff members also got involved.
To save himself, Girumugisha ran onto the running track that surrounded the lawn. Chaos ensued. Reghe's players stepped in to defend their teammate and a general brawl ensued.
The gendarmes and squires immediately sprinted to the lawn to calm the spirits, and they succeeded in doing so with difficulty. One of those involved in the fight even ran a cameraman who was trying to capture the moments that happened. Laurentiu Reghecampf could be seen gesticulating nervously.
Reghe's team was exiled to Rwanda due to the civil war in Sudan.
Laurentiu Reghecampf's next match will be against Police. The game will be played on November 26, from 18:00.
