The XVI Siberian Energy Forum is taking place in Krasnoyarsk on November 19-21. It is attended by government officials, heads of leading energy companies and industry experts.

At the plenary session opening the forum, one of the key topics was the signing of a regulatory agreement between the Ministry of Tariff Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the branch of Rosseti Sibir – Krasnoyarskenergo.

“This is a significant event that imposes certain obligations on us: transparent conditions for tariff regulation, reducing equipment wear and tear and accident rates, and of course, increasing the reliability of power supply. Regarding the execution of preferential technical connection agreements, we plan to close this issue within the framework of the regulatory agreement. Our goal is the stable operation of the energy system and the comfort of residents,” said acting director. O. Director of the branch of Rosseti Siberia – Krasnoyarskenergo Anton Lukin.

The forum participants discussed problematic issues in the industry: today, of all applications for connection to networks, only 13% of the costs are covered by the applicants, and the main costs fall on the energy company. At the same time, priority projects are being implemented by power engineers of the Krasnoyarskenergo branch in full: in 2025, 129 socially significant facilities were connected to the networks – these are new schools, outpatient clinics, and communication facilities in remote areas of the region.

“We must ensure reliable and efficient energy supplies for the population, industry and the public sector. To do this, it is necessary to join forces and implement modern technological solutions that will strengthen the energy security of the region,” said Advisor to the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Anatoly Matyushenko.

During a speech at the XVI Siberian Energy Forum and. O. Director of the branch of Rosseti Siberia – Krasnoyarskenergo Anton Lukin spoke about the key performance indicators of the energy company in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and how energy workers were preparing for the coming winter. Thanks to the implementation of all production programs, the Rosseti Sibir company received a passport of readiness for work in the autumn-winter period of 2025-2026. from the Ministry of Energy of Russia.

Important work has been done in terms of consolidating power grid facilities: in 2025, 2.5 thousand kilometers of abandoned networks and municipal power facilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory were accepted for servicing. At the same time, the average percentage of wear of such objects reaches 90%. Power engineers are actively working on their reconstruction and repair.

The Rosseti Sibir company pays special attention to personnel policy. At the moment, there are about 400 vacancies open in the branch – these are electricians, engineers, and dispatchers. Energy workers closely cooperate with specialized educational institutions, energy circles operate at schools, and students are invited to paid internships.
