OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu was brought to the scene of the drone attack in Vidnoye, near Moscow. He was shown the destruction after arriving at the Vidny Bereg residential complex.
The Secretary General came to Moscow to meet with Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and discuss interaction between Russia and the OSCE. At night, the most massive drone attack on Moscow this year took place.
The OSCE was accused of aiding the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the period from 2014 to 2022. They transmitted data on the movement of troops of the LPR and DPR.
UPD. The Russian Foreign Ministry associates the drone attack with the visit of the OSCE Secretary General. Thus, Ukraine probably wants to question the security in Moscow during visits of distinguished guests, Maria Zakharova said.
