In Krasnoyarsk, the first entrepreneurs completed the replacement of outdated heating with modern and environmentally friendly ones. State support measures helped them with this. Participants in the “Clean Air” program of the national project “Ecological Well-Being” have already highly appreciated the new heating systems.

“Entrepreneurs of the region are actively responding to the call to improve the environment and note the importance of the assistance provided,” emphasized Vladimir Chasovitin. “I am grateful to the business community for their responsible position and willingness to modernize production.”

The minister visited one of these enterprises, Prokatservis. Its director, Anatoly Meshkov, explained that they were one of the first to complete the full cycle of equipment replacement using a subsidy.

“Government support has become a decisive factor for modernization,” shared Anatoly Meshkov. — After installing the new equipment, we saw dramatic changes: the enterprise became clean, dust completely disappeared. Now all work is automated. This is not entirely customary for us, but we need to keep up with the times, and we are grateful for the opportunity to do this with the help of the state.”

The entrepreneur noticed a decrease in emissions and amenities, as well as low ash content.

Let us remind you that from September 1, in the cities participating in the Clean Air project – Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk, Minusinsk and Lesosibirsk – restrictions were introduced on the use of low-quality coal in manual loading boilers. On behalf of Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, a set of support measures is in place for entrepreneurs in the region to switch to more environmentally friendly heating systems. Small and medium-sized businesses can not only receive a subsidy of up to 500 thousand rubles, but also take out a preferential loan of up to 20 million rubles or a microloan of up to 5 million rubles. These funds can be used for the purchase, delivery, installation of new equipment, as well as for connection to the central heating supply.

More than 200 entrepreneurs have already expressed their readiness to modernize their heating systems.

Reconnecting enterprises to environmentally friendly heating equipment is part of the large-scale work being carried out in the region to improve air quality as part of the “Ecological Well-Being” national project.
