The French company SCOR, one of the largest reinsurers in the world, requests approximately 200 employees from Romania, through an outsourcing firm that is now looking for offices for them, according to Profit.ro sources.
A provider of outsourced services is already discussing with the big owners of office spaces in Bucharest, including Globalworth and AFI Europe, with a view to renting an area of approximately 2,000 square meters necessary for setting up approximately 200 workplaces requested by the French company SCOR, say Profit.ro's real estate market sources.
A decision has not yet been made regarding the space, but personnel are being recruited, mainly from the IT sector, because Romanian employees will make software for SCOR's risk products here, Profit.ro sources add. The company will not have to be authorized in the regulated insurance market in Romania, because it will only carry out outsourced activities here, Profit.ro sources also say.
