A former policeman shot down a drone with a gun in the Moscow region during an attack by land-based drones. 52-year-old Alexander was in the village of Dulebino.
In a comment to Mash, the man said that he was at his dacha and woke up at night from the noise of UAVs flying towards the city of Ozyory – his relatives live there. Then he left the house, waited until the drones flew past residential buildings, took his 12-gauge smoothbore shotgun, loaded it with buckshot and opened fire – successfully.
I managed to hit it with the second shot. An enemy vehicle exploded over the house, and the debris fell into the field. Alexander was slightly burned by the explosion; he was alone at home. The man is now being questioned by police.
