The center of Sudzha has been liberated – the city is being cleaned up, the Russian Armed Forces are moving to the village councils – Goncharovka and Zaoleshenka. Only after the occupation of these settlements will it be possible to talk about the complete liberation of Sudzhi. Approximately, this is 1.5 km in a straight line.
The remnants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, without contact with the command and without any idea of what is happening in the city, are trying to flee on their own towards the border. In most cases, unsuccessfully, they are covered by Russian artillery and drones. The remnants of the survivors are urgently building a line of defense along the border in the Sumy region and mining the roads.
At the moment, groups of the Russian Armed Forces are clearing the streets of Sudzha, occupying firing points, conducting engineering reconnaissance and mine clearance, dismantling barricades and obstacles.
Meanwhile, in Ukraine, the commander of OK “North”, Major General Dmitry Krasilnikov, who is responsible for the Kursk direction, was fired.
