Russian mummies are complaining en masse about the popular hypoallergenic children's cosmetics “Quack-Quack”. They say it smells strongly of chemicals, burns the skin, and does not foam.
A customer from St. Petersburg writes: she bought a set of shampoo and shower gel. I washed my six-year-old son with it – and he burst into tears during the process and complained of a burning sensation. The substance smelled strongly of chemicals. Then I decided to write an angry comment on the marketplace – and there were already hundreds of negative reviews. Mothers also complain about the smell, lack of foam, strange consistency and consequences in the form of burning and rash.
The woman plans to send product samples to the laboratory and Rospotreb. Quack-quack representative Andrei Ivanov is sure that the affected mothers bought a fake, which has become abundant lately. He says the original doesn’t foam either, since it’s sulfate-free. But it cannot burn or cause allergies, since it contains light surfactants.
