SuperLiga: Cluj University, fined for the incidents in the match with FCSB

The Universitatea Cluj club was sanctioned by the Disciplinary Commission of the Romanian Football Federation, as a result of the incidents in the match with FCSB, score 0-2, in the SuperLiga.
The sanction was decided as a result of the behavior of the fans, more precisely for the introduction into the stadium of alcoholic beverages, explosive, incendiary and fumigant objects and materials, toxic, hallucinogenic and irritating substances, other objects that were used by spectators in actions to disturb public order or that can contribute to the production of acts of violence and for lighting or throwing the respective objects towards other spectators or towards/into the field of play, writes News.ro.
“AS FC Universitatea Cluj vs. FC FCSB – Incidents – Pursuant to art. 82.1 and 3.a and c, related to art. 83.2.b, the club AS FC Universitatea Cluj is sanctioned with a sports penalty of 11,250 lei“, is the decision of the commission.
On November 1, the Universitatea Cluj team was defeated 2-0 at home by FCSB, in the 15th round, the last of the regular season round. The goals were scored by Olaru ('32, '55), while Murgia ('39) was sent off after picking up two yellow cards.
