Romania's schedule for the 2027 World Championship preliminaries

The women's national team of Romania has found out the dates on which it will play the 4 matches in the preliminaries of the World Championship in 2027, Brazil.
About two weeks ago, Romania found out its opponents for these preliminaries, and now the dates have been revealed.
Romania's program in the 2027 World Cup preliminaries
Romania is part of the C5 group along with Cyprus and the Republic of Moldova, all of which are part of the C League. In the preliminaries there will be 4 matches, round trip with each team.
The first match played by the women's national team is against the Republic of Moldova, on March 3, at home. The return match, from Moldova, will be played on June 5.
Also in March, on the 7th, Romania goes to Cyprus to play the tour match. On April 18, the Cyprus national team will come to Romania for the return match.
The team that will finish the group in first place will go to the playoffs. The play-off matches will be played in autumn 2026.
The Women's World Cup will be played between June 24, 2027 and July 25, 2027, in Brazil.
How to qualify for Worlds
The 4 group winners from League A will qualify directly for the World Cup. Afterwards, play-off matches will be played, on two routes, as follows:
Afterwards, the winners of the first play-off round from both routes will be paired following a draw, and 7 of the winners of the second play-off round will qualify for the World Championship, according to frf.ro.
