Ranking of the cheapest business accounts without time limits – November 2025.

Some banks offer business accounts “for PLN 0”, but the fee exemption is often valid only for the first year or two after signing the contract. We checked which accounts for entrepreneurs actually remain free permanently and which ones incur additional costs after some time. Additionally, we also took a closer look at debit card fees, transfers and ATM withdrawals.

Not every business account is equally profitable. The offers vary in terms of monthly fees and the rules for calculating them. To facilitate the comparison of available products for entrepreneurs, we have prepared a list of business accounts presenting key costs in the long term. The position in the ranking was determined based on the following criteria:

monthly fee for using a business account from the 1st to the 12th month after opening the account,
monthly fee for using a business account from the 13th to the 24th month after opening the account,
monthly fee for using a business account from the 25th month after opening the account,
monthly fee for your first debit card issued to a company account,
number of free external transfers per month ordered in electronic banking (mobile application and website) from 1st to 12th month after opening the account,
number of free external transfers per month ordered in electronic banking (mobile application and website) from the 13th to the 24th month after opening the account,
number of free external transfers per month ordered in electronic banking (mobile application and website) from the 25th month after opening the account,
fees for each subsequent external online transfer after using the pool of free transfers,
cost of withdrawing funds from domestic ATMs.

The position of a given offer in the table is determined by the parameters listed in the given order – from the account maintenance fee to the cost of withdrawing funds from domestic ATMs.

BIZnest Account at Nest Bank

It was at the top of the ranking of the cheapest business accounts without time limits Nest Bank. Offer BIZnest Accounts for entrepreneurs, it is distinguished by the fact that maintaining an account is completely free and does not require meeting any additional conditions or using temporary promotions. The account is part of the bank's regular offer, and the lack of fees is not time-limited. Nest Bank also does not charge a fee for the first debit card issued for the account. Entrepreneurs can freely use free external transfers, carried out both via online banking and the mobile application. Additionally, withdrawals from Euronet ATMs and Blik transactions on all other devices are free of charge. Only in the case of card withdrawals from other ATMs, there is a fee of PLN 6 for each operation.

Konto Otwarte na Biznes at BNP Paribas

New promotion in BNP Paribas allows for temporary exemption from the use fee Konto Otwarte na Biznes and a debit card for the first three years. Every month, customers have a pool of free external transfers at their disposal. Their number depends on the amount of monthly receipts and is 20 for receipts below PLN 20,000. PLN or 40 pieces in the range of PLN 20,000-100,000. zloty. With a total of over 100 thousand PLN entrepreneurs have an unlimited number of free transfers to use.

mBiznes Standard account in mBank

As part of a promotion “Open a business account for PLN 0 – edition 4” at mBank entrepreneurs can open an account mBiznes Konto Standard. An account opened under this special offer is free permanently, without any time limits. Users do not incur costs for maintaining an account or using a debit card. Additionally, they are entitled to 10 free external transfers each month, after which the bank charges a fee of PLN 1.50 for each additional one.
