The American station NBC News revealed that President Donald Trump expressed support for the above-mentioned plan, which aims to end the conflict in Ukraine. Information obtained by NBC shows that the project was consulted with the envoy of the Russian president, Kirill Dmitriev, and representatives of the Ukrainian authorities.
However, according to a source close to the Ukrainian government, Kiev did not participate in the creation of the plan. Ukraine was only informed about its outlines, without access to details.
