Death in suspicious conditions, on Easter evening. A man was found dead on a land road, in Tulcea
A man from the town of Devărărea, Tulcea County, was found dead on a land road on a private property. The police officers from the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Tulcea were notified ex officio about the crime of murder.

According to the first research, on the evening of April 20, the man would have been lying on the ground, in the area, at which point he was hit by a vehicle that passed over him. The car was driven by a man from the same locality, who was later tested with the ethyl tester.
“On April 20, 2025, while the 56 -year -old man was lying on the ground (in the aforementioned area), he would have been hit by a vehicle that would have passed over him, driven by a man, from the town of overcoming,” transmitted IPJ Tulcea.
The result indicated a concentration of 0.10 mg/l pure alcohol in the exhaled air. The driver was transported to a medical unit for collecting biological samples, in order to establish alcohol.
Currently, the causes for which the man was lying on the ground are not known.
In this case, the police have drawn up a criminal case for guilty murder and continue the investigations to determine exactly the causes and circumstances in which the tragedy occurred.
