Diversion on the Polish railway. Citizens of Ukraine facing charges from the prosecutor's office


The first incident took place in the town of Mika, Masovia, where the explosion of an explosive device destroyed a railway track. The second case was recorded near the Gołąb station in the Lublin Voivodeship. As a result of damage to the railway line, the train carrying 475 passengers had to brake suddenly, which caused a serious threat to passengers.

Acts of sabotage. Identified suspects and evidence
Prosecutor Nowak announced that as a result of several dozen hours of investigation, evidence was collected which indicates a high probability that the perpetrators of these actions were Oleksandr K. and Jewheri I., citizens of Ukraine. The evidence included inspection of the places of events, objects, witness statements and monitoring records.
Based on the collected materials, investigators decided to bring charges against both suspects, added the spokesman for the National Prosecutor's Office.

Detentions and further actions of the services
At the same time, the spokesman for the Minister Coordinator of Special Services, Jacek Dobrzyński, announced that several people had been detained in connection with the proceedings and were currently being interrogated. The investigation into acts of terrorist sabotage is ongoing.
