Users of two Russian mobile operators noticed the restoration of normal operation of the YouTube video service. Stable functioning of the platform was observed among MTS and Beeline subscribers, users indicate on their social networks.
They tested the service on different devices. As a result, the experiment showed stable results. Monitoring of the situation continues.
Let us recall that Roskomnadzor began to slow down the work of YouTube in Russia in the summer of 2024. The platform was not completely blocked, but the video loading speed was noticeably reduced. The department explained its decision by saying that the video hosting site systematically violated Russian laws and pursued openly anti-Russian policies.
