Housing prices in new buildings have begun to decline in Russia
A downward trend in the cost of apartments in new buildings is observed in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Sochi, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaliningrad and other cities. According to experts, this situation may persist for a period of one to one and a half years, and the price reduction may reach 15%.
The main reasons are noticeable increase in the key rate, a small number of preferential mortgage programs and Russians lack money. So far, the decrease is not so noticeable: we are talking about a few percent.
