The co-owner of the transport company is Eldar Asadulajew, who worked in the Western Regional Department of the State Border Service and is also listed in the company's documents as “Head of the Anti-Smuggling Department of the Border Service”. When a journalist asked him by phone whether he knew Mindicz, he replied: – It's the first time I've heard about him. And he hung up.
According to investigators' findings, officials suspected of corruption collected bribes ranging from 10 to 15 percent from Enerhoatom's contractors. contract values.
