A bus of the Bacău Public Transport Company caught fire on Saturday evening, shortly after the vehicle had entered the city.

The flames spread quickly, and the passengers managed to get off in time, writes the local press.
According to ISU Bacău, the fire was extinguished with an emergency vehicle. The passenger compartment and several body elements were completely burned.

No casualties were recorded.
“We were asked to intervene to extinguish a fire on a bus in the municipality of Bacău, on Republicii Street. We intervened with a fire truck with water and foam. The fire is extinguished.
