Rapid Bucharest, Petrolul Ploiești, UTA Arad and Cluj University played friendly matches on Saturday, on a day when the Romanian national team is dueling with the Bosnian national team in the 2026 WC preliminaries.
Leader in SuperLiga, Rapid prevailed 3-0 against the second division CS Smokethanks to the goals scored by Manea ('47), Bolgado ('67) and Baroan ('87, penalty).
