Former Spartak midfielder Quincy Promes converted to Islam. Mash was told about this…

Former Spartak midfielder Quincy Promes converted to Islam. Sources from his circle told Mash about this.
He decided to do this after the end of his contract with the Moscow club – the management refused to renew the contract due to the fact that the football player could not leave the UAE. The footballer’s relatives said: Quincy felt that his life had gone downhill due to criminal stories and wanted to change everything. He decided to convert to a new religion after his arrest in the United Arab Emirates in March 2024 at the request of the Dutch prosecutor's office.
He came to the mosque and read the creed (shahadah). He said this in front of witnesses so that other Muslims would recognize him. Previously, in his homeland, Promes was sentenced to six years for smuggling almost one and a half tons of cocaine and to one and a half years for attempting to murder his cousin.
