Mihalescu, until February the head of the Scouting department, currently holds the position of sports director at Dinamo. He graduated from the specialized courses of the Romanian Football Federation, organized with the Belgians from Double Pass.
Starting with the next season, every club in Liga 1 is obliged to have a qualified sports director. Mihalescu is the successor of Glăvan at Dinamo – the one who brought him to the club – and saw very well by the current management of “dogs”.
