In Krasnoyarsk, the improvement of courtyards is completed under the program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” National Project “Infrastructure for Life”. In total, 22 yards will be transformed this year. The leaders of the administrations of the Central and Leninsky districts met with residents and contractors in order to evaluate the volume of the remaining work and check ready -made objects.
In the Central District, two courtyards are updated this year. At st. Lenin, 95 improvement was completed: they replaced the asphalt coating, installed benches and urns. The yard has already passed the reception procedure. Work on the street. Dmitry Martynov, 24 is also nearing completion – the readiness of the object is more than 90 %.
“The central district is transformed, and the court on Dmitry Martynov Street is no exception. Recently, the old playground was dismantled here, laid a safe rubber coating and began to install modern game complexes. All this is the result of the joint work of residents and administration. Today, taking this opportunity, I want to thank the chairman of the house No. 24 Lyubov Gennadievna for an indistinguishable attitude. Indeed, thanks to such initiative people like it, we can bring new interesting projects to life, ”said Maxim Oreshnikov, head of the administration of the Central District.

There are how many shops for relaxation were put, sports simulators again – there will be enough space for everyone, ”said Krasnoyarka Tamara Poznyakova.
In the Leninsky district, two courtyards were put in order. Now the inhabitants of the house number 190 on the street. Sports are pleased with modern sports and playgrounds, cozy shops and swings. And in the yard on the street. Borisevich, 10 installed new MAFs and simulators.
“We are glad that we helped us to improve our yard. Previously, there was almost nothing here, only broken asphalt. And now life is in full swing! You go out into the balcony in the evening, look – in the yard all the benches are busy. Mom with the kids walk, grandmothers chatting about something, teenagers have fun. Noise, din around. This was not the case for a long time, ”Elena Chertova, a resident of the district, shared her impressions.
In total, 15 million rubles were spent on the improvement of courtyards in the Leninsky district this year. Acceptance of work starts next week. The head of the district administration turned to residents and asked to take care of new facilities.
“Right now we are finishing the improvement of the yards, and next week we will begin to receive. Let's check what and how was done, we will find out the opinion of local residents and begin to work with comments, if they are. It is important for us that people are satisfied and they succeed – this is the main indicator of the quality of the work done. I ask Krasnoyarstsev and guests of the city only about one thing: to be careful about all objects of improvement. So they will serve us for many years, ”said Dmitry Guryev, head of the district administration.
Recall that the improvement of courtyards under the program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” is carried out only if co -financing by residents. To perform work on the minimum list – repair of roads, sidewalks, lighting, installation of benches and urns – it is required to add at least 2 % of the cost. For an additional list of work, including children's and sports grounds, at least 20 %. The personal participation of residents in the work is also welcome.
