In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police officers could illegally transmit limited access to journalists. On the initiation of a criminal case under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation reported in the investigation.
The facts of violation of the treatment of secret data were also identified in the Krasnodar Territory and the Belgorod Region. Information was published in one of the channels in Telegram.
“In the framework of the criminal case, searches were carried out in Moscow, the Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk Territories, as well as in the Belgorod region. Items and documents that are relevant to the investigation were seized. Persons who illegally transmitted the information, as well as their accomplices, are established, ”the trace of the Russian Federation said in a statement.
TASS, citing its own sources, reports that the information was published on the Baza Telegram channel. Searches were also held in his editorial office.
