According to Sanina, for many months she herself, her team and partners have been faced with attempts at pressure, intimidation and manipulation from Kiryanov.
Sanina called the ex-director’s statement that she threatened him with legal action “another manifestation of destructive behavior.”
“The claims he makes are unfounded and not supported by contractual documents. Kiryanov violated the agreements upon completion of cooperation in January of this year and continues to commit actions that we regard as aimed at causing financial and reputational damage,” Sanina emphasized.
She added that because of this, as well as because of the “disrespect,” she was forced to stop collaborating with Kiryanov.
“Negotiations and further settlement are carried out only through legal representatives,” said the artist.
Context
Kiryanov reported on January 20 that stopped working with The Hardkiss after 12 years of cooperation. He did not give reasons for his dismissal then. Sanina also did not comment on his statement.
The editors of Muzvar, commenting on Kiryanov’s dismissal on their Telegram channel, suggested that we were talking about “the last head of the group.”
“It was Yegor who was with the group from the beginning of their career, when the musicians still performed in small Kyiv clubs. Well, most likely, the history of The Hardkiss is beginning to write its last chapter,” the post noted.
On November 13, Kiryanov said that he asked Sanina to give him the unpaid money, but she responded by threatening to sue him.
