Poland declared its readiness to provide Belgium with financial guarantees worth EUR 10 billion to convince it to participate in the reparations loan for Ukraine, RMF FM learned. Intensive talks are underway in Brussels to share the risk associated with the use of frozen Russian assets worth a total of EUR 210 billion. Belgium, which holds most of these funds, is demanding additional security from European Union countries.
