The car with the attached package previously belongs to ex-Federation Council senator Sergei Kolbin. During the Maidan years, he commanded Berkut and worked in Kyiv.
Riot police “Berkut” ensured law and order during rallies in the Ukrainian capital. 50 fighters from Sevastopol went to Kyiv on November 11, 2013 and stayed there until February 21, 2014. Now Kolbin is a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol. In Ukraine, he was charged with treason for transferring to serve in the Russian Federation.
