Despite claiming to be in 'exceptional' health, White House refuses to reveal why Trump had an MRI

The White House on Wednesday declined to provide specific details about the medical imaging tests that doctors performed on President Donald Trump's body during his medical examination a month ago, but said the examination showed the Republican to be in exceptional health, writes Reuters.
Trump, 79, previously revealed that he underwent an MRI while at Walter Reed Medical Center on Oct. 10, but neither he nor the White House said which part of his body was examined.
Doctors order MRIs for detailed images of the spine, heart and vascular system, brain, knees and other parts of the body. Trump's tests were done during his second medical examination this year.
White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt, asked by reporters for more details on the president's MRI, did not say what the doctors examined.
“The full results were reviewed by radiologists and consultants, and all agreed that President Trump continues to enjoy exceptional physical health,” Leavitt said.
The MRI was done as part of a routine exam, she said, although such imaging analysis is not part of a traditional medical exam.
