A good dream is the key to health and great mood. But how to achieve maximum comfort during a night's rest? The secret is simple: use two pillows instead of one. The one under the head provides support for the neck and evens out the spine. And the second pillow can be used in completely different ways:

1. Under the knees

A dream on the back with a pillow under his knees unloads the lower back, relieves tension and relaxes the muscles.

2. Between the legs

This will straighten the pelvis, prevent twisting the spine and reduce the pressure on the hips. Useful if you sleep on your side.

3. Under the lower back

A small pillow will support the natural bend of the spine. You can use a twisted towel.
