In 2025, specialists from the branch of Rosseti Siberia – Krasnoyarskenergo, within the framework of the national Healthcare project, completed the technological connection to the energy infrastructure of 11 medical and obstetric stations (FAP) and medical outpatient clinics.
New medical institutions have opened in Balakhtinsky, Minusinsky, Irbeysky, Sukhobuzimsky, Karatuzsky, Shushensky, Emelyanovsky and other districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Thanks to the implementation of the national project, medical care is becoming more accessible. Residents of towns and villages will be able to receive routine and emergency care, undergo preventive examinations, vaccinations and medical examinations in their locality. To do this, you will no longer need to travel to the regional center.
The outpatient clinics house day care facilities, examination, vaccination and dental offices. Each of the FAPs is equipped with ECG machines, automatic defibrillators and other necessary equipment, which allows patients to receive quality care even in remote areas.

To connect new facilities to energy networks, one kilometer of power transmission lines with a voltage of 0.4 kilovolts (kV) was built and complete 10 kV transformer substations were installed. The total connected capacity of socially significant facilities amounted to 675 kilowatts.
“One of the most important tasks of regional healthcare is improving the quality and accessibility of medical care. It should be ensured to the maximum extent not only in the city, but also in the municipal districts of the region,” emphasized Deputy Minister of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Maxim Lazeev.
By the end of the year, specialists of the Krasnoyarskenergo branch plan to connect 10 more new medical institutions in the Krasnoyarsk Territory to the networks and provide power supply.
