Regional operator ROSTtech began work in the Kansk-Aban technological zone

On November 12, 2025, the ROSTtech company began work in the city of Kansk and the eastern group of districts of the region.

“Residents should see only positive changes: from today we get to work and begin to remove litter. There is a lot of work ahead, and we are trying to get the sites in order as soon as possible,” said the ROSTtech company.

On November 11, the Ministry of Tariff Policy of the region determined the tariff for the provision of services. It amounts to 738.89 rubles/cubic meter.

Until now, residents of settlements included in the Kansko-Abansk technological zone received receipts for payment for the “MSW management” service from the previous operator. However, already during the November period, residents will receive new receipts issued directly by the regional operator.

Please note that new receipts for payment for the “MSW management” service will contain an updated personal account – this is especially important for those who have automatic payment enabled. Receipts will be delivered by Russian Post and will include the cost of providing the service from November 12 to November 30. In order to avoid penalties, these receipts must be paid by December 10th.

For the convenience of residents, an office of a regional operator is already operating in Kansk at the address: st. Moskovskaya, 70 (2nd stage, 2nd floor). The department accepts both individuals and legal entities.
