“I don't think he refused [definitiv] FCSB. I believe that, in a short time, this transfer will be made. And Louis Munteanu needs Steaua, if, of course, he will not receive an offer from a big club in Europe. And Steaua needs Louis Munteanu. Think how the team would look with Louis Munteanu and Bîrligea on the field! When you have two players like them, you change the system, that's it! There are very good coaches at FCSB, who can find solutions”.
