Now it's official! ACS FC Dinamo, the company controlled by Nicolae Badea (77 years old), is history! “Dinamo Badea” went bankrupt.
On Wednesday, the court issued the final decision by which it ordered the entry into the bankruptcy procedure.
Invited at the beginning of October to the “Prietenii lui Ovidiu” show, Dănuț Lupu revealed that Nicolae Badea quit the ACS FC Dinamo senior team. Two junior groups are active within the club, at U15 and U17.
The movable and immovable assets will be auctioned by the judicial liquidator, and the amounts obtained will be distributed to the creditors registered in the credit table.

ACS FC Dinamo was in insolvency proceedings since 2010. The senior team had been automatically relegated to League 4, after not registering in League 3. But even here it did not appear at matches and was excluded from the championship.
Nicolae Badea disbanded the ACS FC Dinamo senior team due to financial problems, declared Dănuț Lupu, the manager of the two remaining junior sections, in the Gazeta studio.
Thus, there are still two senior teams with the name Dinamo: SC Dinamo (Superliga) and CS Dinamo (Liga 2)

Type of solution: Postpone the cause
The solution in short: Pursuant to art. 107 para. 1 lit. C from Law no. 85/2006 orders the entry into bankruptcy through the general procedure of the debtor SC ASOCIAțIA CLUB SPORTIV FOTBAL CLUB DINAMO BUCHAREST. Pursuant to art. 107 para. 2 of Law no. 85/2006 lifts the debtor's right of administration and orders the dissolution of the debtor company. It provides for the sealing of assets from the debtor's estate and the sending of notifications to the courts in other counties where the debtor has assets for the purpose of sealing, in the charge of the judicial liquidator. Establishes a deadline of a maximum of 5 days from the date of entry into bankruptcy for handing over the management of the assets from the debtor to the liquidator, together with the list of documents and operations carried out until the entry into bankruptcy, as well as the list including the names and addresses of creditors and all their claims at the date of entry into bankruptcy, with the indication of those born after the opening of the procedure.
