Craiova University was left without a coach at the beginning of this week, after Mirel Rădoi (44 years old) asked to leave again and this time no one convinced him to come back. Several of the Olten players reacted on social networks, after the announcement of the separation from the technician was confirmed.
First, on Monday at noon, came a first message of thanks from the club for the former selector, who spent 11 months in Bănie in his second term, after the one he had in 2022.
“Thank you for everything you have achieved at Science and we wish you much success in your next challenges, Mirel Rădoi! You were, are and will always be one of us!”wrote the Oltenians on the club's Facebook page.
On Tuesday it was the turn of the players to thank the technician. Four of the team members posted on Instagram, in the “Insta Story” section, messages for the coach: Alex Cicâldău, Mihnea Rădulescu, Oleksandr Romanchuk and Tudor Băluță.

All four messages were written in English. Mihnea Rădulescu, Oleksandr Romanchuk and Tudor Băluță used images in which they were with the technician, in Craiova, to thank him for the time they worked together, while Cicâldău reacted by redistributing the post from the club's official account.

Mirel Rădoi reacted at midnight
Tuesday night, past midnight, it was Mirel Rădoi's turn to have a first reaction after breaking up with the team.
“It's hard to write to you, it's hard to find the words. Thank you to all the people in the club, from the owner, shareholders, employees, players, supporters and OLTENI.
The film “SCIENCE CHAMPION” must continue, even if the secondary character “died”, because the main actor (players + supporters) can overcome any obstacle”, Rădoi wrote on his personal Instagram account.
Among the players, they reacted to his post Assad Al Hamlawi, Mihnea Radulescu, Carlos Mora, Samuel Teles.
