During the flight, an explosion occurred along Gorsovetskaya Street in Rostov-on-Don. The windows of a high-rise building were shattered by fragments of a dry drone, and people went outside.
Emergency services are on the scene and traffic is blocked. There is no official information about the casualties yet. According to eyewitnesses, residents of the house called doctors for help.
