An explosion at an electrical substation in the Hillingdon area of London. About 20 thousand people were left without electricity. Hundreds more are stuck at Heathrow Airport – the airport is temporarily closed for departures and arrivals.
Several dozen residents living near the power substation were evacuated. 70 fire brigades are at the scene and the area has been cordoned off. According to one version of the police, it could have been a terrorist attack.
