Zbigniew Ziobro's first words after receiving his immunity. “I won't let myself be shut up”

On Friday, the Sejm waived the immunity of Law and Justice MP, former Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro, in relation to all 26 charges that the National Prosecutor's Office wants to bring against him in connection with the Justice Fund case. The Sejm also consented to the detention and possible temporary arrest of the former head of the Ministry of Justice. The execution of the decision on detention was entrusted to officers of the Internal Security Agency. PiS politics is not in the country, it is in Budapest.
Ziobro, asked on Radio Maryja whether he was considering applying for political asylum, said that he would inform about the actions he would take “over time.”

He asked for understanding because – as he said – the broadcast was listened to “not only by friendly people, but also by people who – in his opinion – are criminals and perform important functions in law enforcement agencies and the justice system, carrying out (Prime Minister Donald) Tusk's orders, including formulating such false accusations straight from the 1950s, when people were accused of being innocent.”
The former Minister of Justice emphasized that his actions will be subordinated to ensuring that freedom, normality and justice return to Poland, also in the justice system, and that the actions of criminals are not effective.
“I won't let myself be shut up”
“At the moment, I will not say anything about my intentions. I will take various legal and political actions that I believe will be effective in the fight against these evil people and I will certainly not keep my mouth shut,” he noted.

Ziobro emphasized that it is a lie that he escaped from Poland, and the entire trial in his case was started when he was already in Budapest. He noted that he was invited to Budapest, where he is now, many weeks ago and before leaving, he told about it in the media and it was widely reported.
“Theoretically, they shouldn't be surprised. It turns out that they screwed up this case too. Surely, if they had done it at a different time, I would be in Poland, in the Polish Sejm, and they would probably have successfully implemented their entire project,” he added.
Ziobro assured that he would inform about the actions he will take, but these will be actions that “will not fit into Tusk's scenario and which will cause them more rather than less problems in the future.
The former minister thanked the listeners of Radio Maryja for their prayers and support, which – as he said – he felt very strongly and gave him inner peace in difficult times.
