“Trump changes the rules of the game.” The republican senator corresponds to the Kremlin spokesman. Has advice for Russia

“Yes, Russia, you are right – you have learned to handle sanctions and live with them. But it seems that you do not understand that President Trump changes the rules of the game. He intends to put duties on countries buying your pus and gas, thus financing your war machine, “wrote the senator on Platform X.
He added that Moscow will probably have to ask her trading partners soon if they share the same “disregarding” attitude with which Russia approaches sanctions.
The reason for this senator's statement were the words of the spokesman of the Russian President Dmitry Pieskow, who, commenting on the ultimatum of Donald Trump about the need to end the war in Ukraine within 10 days, noticed that Russia “had long adapted to external pressure and acquired” resistance “to sanctions.
On July 29, Trump announced a new ultimatum: the US president gave Moscow 10 days at the end of hostilities. Earlier, on July 14, he set a date for 50 days, but later shortened him, explaining this with the disappointment with Putin's actions, who, despite Washington's efforts, continues the war in Ukraine and attacks peaceful Ukrainian cities.
If Moscow did not fulfill the request, Trump promised to introduce 100 % duties towards Russia and its trading partners. Originally, a duty of 500 percent was provided in the project of sanctions developed by Lindsey Graham. But later they were reduced to 100 percent.
