

As a result of the Russian attack on Ukraine on the night of November 8, problems with power supply arose in a number of regions of Ukraine. In particular, Kremenchug and Horishni Plavni in the Poltava region found themselves without electricity. A number of trains are delayed.
In Dnepr, where the Russians targeted a residential building with an attack drone, two people were killed and more than a dozen were injured.
Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko said that rescuers and police are working at the sites of strikes in Kyiv, Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Nikolaev, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkov and Chernihiv regions.
The occupiers also hit a residential building in Dnepr. Apartments in the nine-story building were destroyed from the fourth to the sixth floor. Rescuers put out the fire before morning, killing three people. Almost two dozen people were injured, including children.
